IFTA Done was built in 2026 by a solo developer who got tired of watching owner-operators wrestle with the same quarterly Excel spreadsheet every three months. The service does one small thing well: turn miles, gallons, and fuel receipts into a clean filing-prep package.

Who this is for

Owner-operators and tiny fleets running 1 to 3 trucks. If you run 40 trucks with an IFTA-integrated TMS, you are not the audience — and that is fine.

How this is different

TruckLogics, ExpressTruckTax, and Rigbooks are full fleet-management platforms. They are powerful, and overkill if you just need to file a quarterly return. They charge monthly subscriptions and ask you to adopt their whole data model.

IFTA Done is different in three ways:

• Focus: 1–3 trucks. No fleet dashboard, no dispatch, no ELD integration.
• Pricing: one-time $79 filing-prep package. No subscription you forget to cancel.
• Output: a worksheet and audit-ready package you take to your home state’s IFTA portal. You file. We don’t pretend to.

Honest limits

This service is new. Rates are checked against iftach.org quarterly, but you should still cross-check against your home-state portal before filing. If something is wrong, I want to know — email me and it gets fixed that week.
