Privacy Policy

We keep this short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you contact us, request filing prep, or purchase a filing-prep package.
• Fit-check inquiry data — contact email, base jurisdiction, filing quarter, truck count, ELD or record provider, optional notes, fit status, and notification status. These fields are stored in our application database so an email outage does not lose your request.
• Mile and gallon entries — you type these into the worksheet. Valid calculation results are held temporarily in a private server-side session for the demo-PDF flow and are not added to the inquiry database.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver license numbers, EIN/FEIN, vehicle VINs, fuel card numbers, bank logins, or fuel-card logins. If payment links are used, card data is handled entirely by the payment processor and never touches our servers.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep your in-progress worksheet usable between pages. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no third-party marketing pixels.

Third parties

• Contra — payment and receipt processing after fit confirmation. Card data is handled under Contra’s privacy policy and does not reach IFTA Done.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection. Cloudflare sees request metadata.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers.

GDPR / CCPA rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. To request access, correction, or deletion of your fit-check inquiry, email support@iftadone.com. We will handle applicable requests as required by law.

Children

The Service is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted data, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS in production and do not store payment card data. Contra handles card details on its own systems.

Data retention

Fit-check inquiry records are retained for up to 90 days, then removed from the application database. Contra retains payment and receipt records under its own policy. Support and business records may be retained longer when required to complete a service, process a refund, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.

Shared-hosting update

Worksheet previews use a private server-side session that expires after one hour of inactivity. Inquiry records are stored outside the public website directory; records older than 90 days are removed when the inquiry store is accessed. Automatic notification delivery is currently disabled; your request is still saved.
